Hi,
When using the ultra inlay effect to remove a green background, it does not detect the green color,
it appears to me as black and does not remove the background.
Attachment capture so that you understand better. When you select the green
background you see with the eyedropper,
it appears as shown.
Could someone tell me how to fix it?
Thank you

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

I'm assuming you clicked on the eye-dropper sampler tool, clicked in the green of the background, and nothing showed in the effect?
