Hot key Q stopped working
There was a problem with Premier 23 (and 24 too), everything was official.
The Q key has stopped working. The ripple trim /// command All others work. I tried all the options, reassigned them again to the same button, but it didn’t help. I downloaded Original.kys (though for 22) - it still doesn’t work. How to cure?

Hot key Q stopped working
How to cure?

First i would check that V1 and/or A1 is lit up on the timeline. If not, Q won´t work.

If they are lit up, i would launch Premiere Pro while holding down the Shift-key. This will bring up the Reset options dialog. Make sure to check "Reset app preferences" and click on Continue. Resetting the preferences do often solve issues when Premiere Pro behaves odd.

You may want to try resetting preferences.:

Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears. To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting
