In the 2019 update it seems Adobe, in their wisdom have decided to remove the fucntion where when I hover over a marker on a clip in the source window it tells me the notes I have made on that marker. I'm a documentary film editor and markers are the most invaluable tool I have. If this has been removed and isn't just a big can you explain to me the logic behind it?
I guess I'll just have to add it to the list of things that are making PP unusable for me, but I think that this is the final straw with me and Premiere and I'll be moving to FCPX or Resolve as soon as I can.

I can confirm that i see the same behaviour here as well on Windows, iow i am not able to hover over a marker in the source and see the text i have added. Hovering over a marker in the timeline still works as expected. I don“t know if this is a bug or a not.
I can kind of work around it by enabling Overlays in the Source and use the Overlay Settings to display Markers. But, i must click the Marker to see the text.
