How can I find 'Show Clip Keyframes' option in premiere pro?

In your timeline, if you make your track taller you will see icons at the bottom of the track:

The "diamond" icon, if you click on it, there will be an option to show clip keframes

Right click the fx symbol on the clip:

I can't see the icon on my timeline, and cannot seem to find where you can turn it on?
