I am using the latest version of Premiere Pro CC and using very many synced fonts from Typekit. Whenever I lose internet connection or whenever Creative Cloud logs me out, the synced fonts are immediately turned offline and replaced with a completely random font. There is no way to fix this in my project, especially after spending lots of time editing the fonts and stylizing them. Then, I have to individually search for and replace these fonts in my project, which becomes very difficult with complex opening credits and over the course of a long film I'm working on. Is there some option to turn off this auto-replace or can there be some way to fix this feature? I absolutely adore Adobe and Premiere Pro but this auto-replace feature may be the stupidest thing I've ever seen.
Thank you for anyone who helps me with this.

Great feature request. My only suggestion would be to have the fonts installed in your system so you don't have to rely on Typekit.

That's another issue! They can only be synced from Typekit. There's no way for me to install them, or else I would.

I sympathize.Perhaps there's a 3rd party app where you can find and install the fonts to your system.

That would be nice. What kind of app do you think would do that?

Kyle: This is the first I've heard of synced Typekit fonts disappearing if you lose Internet connection. See if these docs help:
Typekit Help | Sync fonts to your desktop
Troubleshoot font syncing problems in Typekit
As the first doc says, "The fonts from Typekit will be added to the fonts menu in each application, alongside all of your installed fonts. They will be immediately available in most programs, but a few need to be restarted to add the synced fonts to the menu (for example, Microsoft Office programs)."

Flash forward to the year 2021, and I'm still having a similar issue. Even when I have a reliable and steady connection Premiere Pro will still replace fonts on occasion. I deal with fast turn around times, so this has bitten me more than once where text was originally italicised is replaced with a font that isn't. It's frusterating beyond belief. Is there anyway to turn this off, or install typekit fonts locally so that this becomes a non-issue?

Just install the necessary fonts in the Win/Imac system from free sites and forget about the problem with Adobe fonts.
