How do I export stems from a sequence?

I have a sequence with three stereo tracks. I want to export them as stems so I can work on the mix in Reaper.

I could export each track individually but I want to know if there's a way of doing it in one operation.

What is the most efficient way of exporting multiple stems from a sequence?

Then send the stereo tracks to op 1-2, 3-4. 5-6. in the track mixer:

Then use these settings to export the wav. You can either export as a 6 channel file or as 6 mono.

You cant change the audio master settings in an existing sequence, you may have to make a new sequence and copy and paste the audio.

I'd probably send the sequence to Audition, then simply export as stems from there.
