How do I map tracks to the keyboard?

New Here ,

I am considering switching from Avid to Premeire, but I can't figure out how to do a very basic thing - activate/deactivate tracks with the keyboard.  When you are cutting a whole bunch of audio and video tracks, mousing over each and every one is a PITA.  So how do I activate/deactivate with the keyboard?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I've never used Avid but would the "Toggle Target Audio" or "Toggle Target Video" shortcuts do what you want to?
