How do I remove a background using the exact same image?

I have acquired the image background used in a greenscreen, how could I use this image to remove the original one?

I would think that "Difference" or something like that would work, but it doesn't.

I think you need After Effects and rotoscope.

Here is the source image I found

Here is the video in question (I censored out the person)

I want to use the above image to remove it in the video, it's entirely still throughout except from the person.

Yes, or add a greenscreen background

Like this, essentially. The Top video being original, the SourceBackground is the original background, and NewBackground speaks for itself

I think you''ll need a tracking matte around the person speaking. Then it would just be the Top Video over the New Background.

I think you're approaching this the wrong way.

You don't remove a green screen element that was added, you use the original footage without that element.
