I have acquired the image background used in a greenscreen, how could I use this image to remove the original one?
I would think that "Difference" or something like that would work, but it doesn't.
I think you need After Effects and rotoscope.

Yes, or add a greenscreen background

Like this, essentially. The Top video being original, the SourceBackground is the original background, and NewBackground speaks for itself

I think you''ll need a tracking matte around the person speaking. Then it would just be the Top Video over the New Background.

I think you're approaching this the wrong way.
You don't remove a green screen element that was added, you use the original footage without that element.
