How do I remove a bird like chirp in Audio file?

I have an audio file that has a chirp like sound in it (at approximately 10 sec), but I can't seem to remove it.

I am not very experienced in Premiere Pro nor Audition.

You may use the noise reduction and restoration techniques available in Premiere Pro or Audition. Audition has more advanced options and would allow you to capture a specific part of the audio as a noise print and then reduce that from the entire audio track. I have tried that (with my limited knowledge of Audition, but I can't seem to find the actual part of the audio file that contains the noise, every section I try doesn't seem to capture it all, and sometimes only captures part of the speaker.

Are you able to try it will the file yourself?

If there is no other important sounds, such as dialogue, cut it out and copy and paste audio from another spot in the clip with similar backround sounds.  Use audio transitions if necessary.  It will likely take a bit of hit and miss to get it right.

Unfortunately it is right in the middle of a dialogue (I do not have another take on the session).

I just listened to your audio.  If it is the chirp when "technology" is said at about  9 seconds, you can cut and past "technology" from about 4 seconds over it in the method I described earlier.

I didn't cut and paste that by the way. I thought of that first, but the two 'technology's' had different inflections.

I put the clip in Audition and I ran an 'auto-heal' thru the 'chirp' then I applied two very limited notch filters to the chirp and then a slight nudge of the gain.

For plan 'B' I would have tried the technology cut and paste but the above worked real well.
