How do I turn off Clip Keyframes

When I drag any clip onto a sequence it always has Show Clip Keyframes turned on with the Opacity slider active.

I cannot seem to find a way to turn these off for the whole of Premiere - I can't even turn them off for each clip, the best I can do is switch from Opacity to another keyframe option that is less annoying.

It is a real pain having these always on as I never want to control keyframes within the timeline and I keep changing opacity settings accidently.

Can someone tell me how I can turn this setting off globally.

Thanks
