What is your OS version?

If you are running Mac OS X 10.9.5, for example, 2015 would be the newest version that you can install.

I juste realized that, I can't download Creative Cloud. "error 50" pops-up on me screen. I've tried everything that i can find on the forum and other places, nothing. It always stops at 43%, then the error message pops-up.  It is extremely frustrating. I've ran CC cleaner tool multiple times and I still can't download it. The last method that I want to try is to format my computer. Why is it so hard to download the program? I can't figure it out...

I think this has been answered. You need to upgrade your operating system before you can upgrade your Adobe CC any further...
