How do you make a 60 second countdown (like sports scoreboard) in Premiere Pro CC?
if you just need the numbers counting down, you can use a timecode effect on an adjustment layer or transparent video, set it to generate and set the time it should start counting backwards from. add a crop to remove any part of the timecode you dont want to see, such as the frames or hours, then nest the adjustment layer or transparent video and reverse the clip. What do you mean "like sports scoreboard"? I've seen lots of different sports scoreboards. Also, this sounds more like something you would do in After Effects.

You have to delve into the expression if you want to change the number of digits for milliseconds or the start time etc, but the text size / font / drop-shadow etc all easy edits.
