Windows Movie Maker Text Effects

How would I accomplish the following effects in Adobe? I can't seem to get the text to zoom in and fade in and out, and I have no idea how to flip the text around in an animation, nor do I know how to make those sparkly text effects. I'm looking for the exact same effects as seen in windows movie maker

That is done in After Effects, not Premiere Pro.

Still looking for an answer. I'm working on a project containing these text effects, but I cannot proceed without knowing how to do this.

Ok, so, I'm not familiar with after effects. How would after effects do this? I thought after effects was for overlays, not actual animations done in Adobe Premier Pro?

Best is to use After Effect for these kind of animations.

"I'm not familiar with after effects. How would after effects do this?"

Here is a place to start learning After Effects:

After Effects has a steep learning curve.  It's not intuitive.

I can already see it's difficult to learn. And the tutorial only cover the basics, as I already done them. I'm still not figuring out how to achieve this effect. Perhaps someone could set aside some time sometime to guide me with this?
