How to animate a still image (made with frame hold) that matches the style of the rest of the video?

This is an animated video I created in Firefly. I extended the last frame using frame hold. But it looks too still compared with the rest of the video which has a painterly-animated-movement to it that I'd like to continue as the last frame continues for a few seconds. I'm very new to Premiere Pro and not sure how to do this even after searching online. Thanks for any tips!

Sorry for the frustration. If you don't like the result, you can regenerate your extensions. Right-click on the AI-generated label and choose Regenerate to create a new variation. You can do this multiple times until you're satisfied with the outcome. Also, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could provide feedback on whether the result is good or bad.
