How to best organize files

I'm still pretty new to Premiere Pro. I'm going to be making a series of video ads for a client, and each one will have the same logo bumper at the end. The logo bumper includes the logo graphic, a background image, and some sound effects. How should I organize these files on my computer? Should I:

1. Have each ad be its own project, and duplicate the logo bumper files in each one

2. Have each ad be its own project, and make the logo bumper ad its own project, and import it into each ad

3. Have only one project, and each ad and the logo bumper would be sequences within that main project file

A Productions model workflow is great for this, as it is more organized "internally'' on the computer, all b-roll, audio & graphics can be used across projects without duplication ... it's awesome.

Have only one project where the logo is in a separate sequence is better. You can create a separate sequence for each ad, and put the logo bumper's sequence at the end of each one. This way, if the client changes anything in the bumper, the changes will be updated automatically in all ads sequences.
