I am making a highlight tape for soccer, and I have to add a frozen frame to each clip to highlight myself, but it takes very long to manually insert the frame hold segment and then drag the duration to 0.29 seconds, is there a way I can change all the durations at one time or even change the default duration?
If you change stil image duration in premiere pro preferences under timeline to 0.29 seconds you can export a still frame and ask premiere pro to import it in the export dialog box, it and it will inherit the new duration you just created and just make an insert on your edit.
