How to change the UI scale(it's REALLY big)

Community Beginner ,

I have checked the other posts but my problem is the opposite, my display is not larger than 1920x1080 but smaller:

HP ProBook, Windows 11

What ends up happening is this:Screenshot 2025-01-06 061751.png

The UI scale is really big and I cannot the see the options at the footer. This happens for all the windows. How can I change it?

Regards,
Marvin

Unfortunately, the required screen resolution is 1920x1080 to properly use Premiere.

Hi @xQ,

Get an HDMI cable and plug it into your flat screen TV. Hopefully that's HD. I run my PC that way with Premiere Pro!

Cheers,
Kevin

Isn't there a way around it? Something like we have developer options on android, something for Windows? Please help, I can't afford a monitor or pc, that's why I learnt editing in the first place to monetize it.

Hi Marvin,

Welcome to the community. As Ann Bens mentioned, the minimum screen resolution required to display all the UI elements properly is 1920x1080. You may refer to this link to know more about the system requirements for Premiere Pro. Hope you find it useful. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Sorry for going offline for a long while. I really really appreciate this incredible tactic you've shared. Yes this is a solution and the next part I am going to say may not be relevant to you but after some time, even Premiere stopped working as I got more advanced and learnt more skills, and created a bigger asset library. As I said, I learnt video editing to monetize them, that's what I started doing with everything I already had(the problem wasn't just the display but the specs as well). I don't know how this forum is now transforming into my incomplete success (kinda)  story....but yeah I started content creation going with the name, voidMarvin on yt(111 subs) and ig(7.7k followers). Would love if you check it out. Even capcut lags in my pc so I have to abandon my beloved Premiere pro but just for a while. I appreciate everyone's kindness and tbh, it was random but...

Hope everyone achieves what they want in their lives.
