How to delete a whole sequence

I had stabilized a sequence and realized I had to do other edits first, so I backed up the stabilized sequence, and I think it is causing severe bloat in my project.

I just want to delete it. When I right click on the sequence in the Project menu, I see a "clear" option. Would that get rid of it?

Sorry delete is the same as clear.

Go into the project window and delete it from there.

Not sure how to do it. I don't see a "delete" option there.

That was it. It didn't solve my initial problem which is in another post. My project file is almost 1GB. And removing that sequence did not reduce it a single bit. But thank you anyway.
