How to do gradually increasing camera shake effect

Hi community! I am new in Premiere Pro so i don't know specific things. I have a presets about camera shake but when i applied it starts suddenly. I want to make this camera shake gradually, i mean "fade in" camera shake. I couldn't find a video about this on YouTube.

You could apply the effect to an adjustment layer and keyframe the opacity of the adjustment layer.
