How to download and install Adobe Premiere Pro WITHOUT Adobe Creative Center

Can you provide me with the direct link to the setup for Adobe Premiere Pro? So that I have not need to also download and install Adobe Creative Cloud because I do not need it.

If Jim at ProDesignTools can get those, you'll need to go from his links.
