The text and workspace are really small. all pop ups are small and it's challenging to use. I would like the size to be normal. I am new to using premiere pro and PC's in general. This is what it looks likeAdobe Help.PNG

Looks to be an earlier version of PrPro  ... perhaps CS6?

You can can change the size of each panel but the text size is not designed to be user configured.

If you are using a laptop or desktop with small monitor at full HD resolution all editing programs ( PPro, Davinci Resolve, etc. ) will be really hard to see. On my laptop ( small screen at full HD ) it's really hard to see stuff like what you are having trouble with. On my desktop I have much bigger monitors ( 2 of them so I can put some panels on the 2nd monitor and make them bigger ). If you start messing around with the workspace panels you can save a workspace you like, and you can always go back to "original layout " or default workspace if things get too crazy.

you can use the tilde key ( upper left corner of your keyboard ) to make a specific panel full screen...and toggle back with same key ( tilde key) to get back to regular workspace.

as you move mouse slowly over the border of panels the cursor will change to a sort of horizontal arrow type thing...so you left click when that happens and while holding down left button drag the panels and you'll see how it changes the sizes
