Hi Guys
Recently I upgraded my video camera and bought the Sony 4K PXW-Z100, Unfortunately when I wanted to watch the clip I shoot in 4K, in my new LG 65UH850.
the TV was not able to play the MP4 file.
The LG representative told me that the file should be in HDCP 2.2 format. I have to mention that MP4 in HD format the TV can play!
How should I export the file from Adobe premier so that I will be able to watch it in 4K?
Thanks & Regards
Shaul
OK Guys, Found the point.
I tried to play from USB 3.0 and it worked as long as the bit rate was 25fps (PAL).
When trying to see at 50fps it did not play.
Thanks

Sound like the codec used by the Sony camera for 4K is not supported on the LG TV. Try export it from Premiere to H.264.

Thanks Dean.
Unfortunately it does not help. As I understand the HCDP is a protection code.

Are you trying to play from the camera to the TV?
Have you tried different HDMI inputs to the TV? Some have different types re the 2.2 standard?
I'll be headed to 4K TVs soon, and the bit I read makes this sound worrisome.

I believe the LG representative is incorrect. HDCP is used for replicated Blu-rays. Copy protection isn't needed for your own work.
How are you playing the video?

That doesn't make sense. Can you clarify?
Is it on a Blu-ray disk? A thumb drive? Is the thumb drive connected directly to the TV or a Blu-ray player? What do keys have to do with it?
