If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

The problem is fixed.
First, I try resetting the preferences then it works. But after reopening the program, the issue came back again. So I resetting the preferences again and set Input to None in Audio Hardware. It seems fine now. Thank you so much. Now I can get back to my works.
Thank you guys all.

Thank you! My playback was stuttering no matter how big or small the footage was. The audio hardware solution solved it.

How did you create your sequence? Did you manually create it or create it by dropping the video file into the timeline window (creating the sequence based off that particular file)?

I drag and drop the video file.
