How to get back the folder with favorite effects?

In the Effects window, I created my favorite effects folder. After resetting all program settings, I want to return the folder with my favorite effects. Where are these settings stored? I created a backup with the old settings, but I can’t find this folder there

@Ann Bens

The OP has the backup file.  They just need to know where to restore it.

If you made a back-up (as in export) of your presets, its somewhere on your computer only you know how to find.

Try the search option in Explorer/Finder.

That's not what I asked! I asked what to look for specifically. And I know where the folder is, there’s not just 1 file there. So - the file is called Effect Presets and Custom Items. It is responsible for all your effect presets. Now you know a little more)

Sometimes it is not clear what people are asking. There are so many scenarios.

Effect Presets and Custom is found in Documents > Adobe > ..........> Profile your name.

Explorer Search would have brought you to that file.

the folder is empty, I completely deleted all the files. Adobe was not working correctly and I cleared everything - both the cache and all the folders. Keyboard settings are in one folder, favorite effects settings are in another. The question was - what is the name of the file or folder in order to copy only it) Over the years, a lot of garbage has accumulated in files, I needed to pull out my important settings
