How to keep Premiere Pro from forgetting where my media is

A few days ago, Premiere Pro began forgetting where my project media is whenever my PC (Windows 10 x64) goes to sleep, and displays the dialog below on wake-up.  I haven't tried telling it to look for the files and instead just close the project and reopen it and everything's fine.  How can I keep it from doing this?
