How to lock Text blocks to centre center?

Hi all,

This is probably really easy but for the years I've spent on Prem I've not worked it out.

Is there a way to have this text locked / auto size in the middle so I dont have to do centre vertical, centre horizontal every time I ask a different question / alter text?

Set anchor point in the middle before doing anything and turn on snap in the program monitor.
