How to make objects random shake in premiere pro?

Is there a way to make objects in premiere randomly shake, not anything like camera shake, i just don't want to add a still image to my video, so I'm looking for a quick way to just let a still randomly-slowly shake, plz help

Instead of shaking the still consider to adding the Ken Burns Effect.

BTW making it shake is not something done quickly: lots of keyframes on position and scale.

Or use Wiggle in After Effects.
