How to move existing Premiere Pro onto new computer?

I downloaded, and am currently paying the monthly subscription for Premiere, onto my laptop several months ago. Since then, I've bought a new desktop and wish to have Premiere on this newer, faster computer. Can I download it twice onto two different computers? If not, how would I go about moving it from my laptop to desktop? I'm hoping an answer exists besides just paying for another subscription and wasting the money I've already put into the other one.
