How to preview vertical videos

How do i Preview videos of my camera that were shoot vertically as such when i am reviewing my material. I have to turn my head and feel stupid haha, there must be a way. I am not asking how to make a sequence for vertical videos, that is the only answer there seems to be online, i want to preview them.

Add the transform effect/rotation as a Souce Clip effect to all your clips.

Apply Source Clip effects in Premiere Pro

Transform effect/rotation on the source rotates the clip for preview, but it tries to display within the 16:9 format, so it gets cut off top and bottom.  Any idea how to view as vertical?
