Hey all. I'm wanting to create the effect where a comic book flow is shown in the video and i'm moving from one text-box to another with pan & zoom movements. Just figuring this out and open to any suggestions fro better visual transitions and clarity yet the first part is figuring out how to slow down a Premiere clip.
Essentially what i'm visualizing is a movement through the comic book page which finds a smooth transition (not the super-quick thing i've got) between the text panels and which slows down the ideally smoother movement.
