How to stick motion effect to the object instead of the timeline

Hello videomakers ! I need your help for a problem a cannot fix. 

 

How can I stick the motion effects to the object instead of sticking it on the timeline ? I cannot be more specific with words, but here are pictures to illustrate it : 

 

So as you can see, I have applied a motion effect(A+C) to my text (B)...

Now I want to make my text last longer so I added a few seconds to it (B). But I want also my motion effect to stick in the beginning of my text (A) so that I don't have to replace it manualy everytime I change its duration. Same goes for motion effect that I put at the end of the text.
