How to track color of area/pixel and adjust Color Matte (Solid) over time

Hello,

I am trying to track the color of a certain area/pixel in order to change the color of a Solid (Color Matte) accordingly over the course of a video, but couldn't find any option/effect to do so. Since I'm pretty new to Adobe Premiere, I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!
