How to trim/add video clip by one frame (+1) or five frames (+5)

I'm new to Premiere so I frequently forget keyboard shortcuts or workflow steps for a particular function. Yesterday I was trimming video clips by a frame or two to match a beat in the audio track. I had learned online (and I couldn't find the article in my browser history!!) that I could do something to open up controls in the Program Monitor right below the image that allowed me to clip the video clip by one frame (-1), or five frames (-5) or add by a frame or five frames (+1) and (+5), respectively. How do I do that? I thought I just needed to click on the clip in the timeline but that doesn't work.

Hello Just Right Click betwwen two clips and wndeows TRIM open

It is suppose to be Option+comma and Option+period, to move 1 frame left and right and 

Shift+option+comma and Shift+Option+period to move 5 frames left and right. Here is the picture from the Keyframe Shortcuts:

Thanks for your help, Katie. Your reply addresses moving the clip, not trimming it, but a useful tip nonetheless!

It turns out a left double-click opens up the Trim panel for me, but that's the one! Thank you Harold.
