i have an .aep element imported in premiere. Its an element with an textbox, where i can change in adobe after effects the title. I want to use this aep element in several videos, but everytime with a different text per video. How can i avoid that when i change the text in the aep file, all my videos changes through the imported aep file? Or do i need to make an seperate aep file per video? In the past i could easily edit text direct in premiere via the essential grahips panel

This is called Live Text. Here's a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKzqvUoNstU

In Pr, hold the Alt/Option button when dragging the element on your timeline to create a new copy.

Hope this helps.
