I do 2-3 minute videos for a local TV program (must be .mov); my videos are also added to the website, for which mp4s are fine and export as small files. But when I export as .mov they come out way too large.
I have begun editing in Premiere--> exporting as mp4--> importing in Final Cut--> exporting as .mov (which dramatically reduces the size than Premiere .mov files)
Help me please, there has to be a more efficient way.
A Mov file is just a wrapper that can include a number of different video codecs that offer different quality and file size. Find out what codec your client wants in the Mov file.
