I can generate captions for one video only, cant generate captions for other videos

Hello,

So, sometimes I need to generate captions for multiple videos in one project. I can generate captions for the first video, as you can see in the first picture. I transcribe the audio, and then I click on the CC option. However, when I try to do the same for the second video, the CC button is grayed out. What should I do?

It looks like in the second case you transcribed a source clip. If you put the source clip on a sequence you will be able to create captions for it too (without a timeline we can't place the captions on the video clip).
