I can't open Adobe Premiere pro CS6

I installed Premiere Pro CS6 but can't open, there is no open button. Please help

You cannot open CS6 at all from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Instead, you must launch the app from the Windows Start menu.

Premiere Pro has been 64bit ONLY ever since version CS5... it will not run on your 32bit version of Windows
