I Can´t Open Premiere pro cc

Hi all, I have a issue, when I try to open Premiere pro cc it show me a error message than needs close the program and this not let me work. I have done a memory check and this problem continues.

We're sorry that you are not able to use Premiere Pro. Would you mind attaching a screenshot of the error message?

Use the Adobe cleaner tool to fix the installation issues.
