I can't preview audio from installed plugins (Motion Bro4, Premiere Composer)

I can't preview audios from installed plugins (Motion Bro4, Premiere Composer), a few days ago I could hear the audios within the plugin's interface normally before placing them on the timeline, now I put the mouse over them and I can't hear them anymore, now I uninstalled everything and installed it, changed audio devices, I did everything, I can only hear the audio after putting it on the timeline, does anyone have any tips?
