I've fixed this by putting MOGRTs in a folder on desktop, clicking in the menu beside "essential graphics" name, clicling in "add", selecting that folder on desktop and selecting that folder on "local" dialogue box : )

When you type something in the search bar, there will be a line appearing below it for matching items in the keywords for the mogrts Premiere "sees". Click that, and then it should show you any items matching that search. And further, what is available will change naturally as you tell it where to look ... so you should select Local Folder or Libraries or both.

A normal uninstall process wouldn't fix something like this.
Download the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool from their site. Use that rather odd utility applet to do BOTH the uninstall and removal processes. I know the instructions say uninstall first but DON'T. I've plenty of experience personally and on this forum with that tool.
It's kind of confusing but keep working through the numerical options until you get to a message asking you to confirm your wish to completely remove Premiere Pro and all its files. Do so.
Reboot and reinstall. This may work and thankfully is a fairly short process.

Did you uninstall Premiere prior to running the Cleaner Tool? If so, that could be why it didn't work. About half the time, when I've uninstalled prior to running the cleaner tool, it has not "worked". I'd reinstall Premiere, but the problem continued.
At that point, simply running the Cleaner tool without uninstalling Premiere, then rebooting and reinstalling, and the problem was fixed.

I see this post is from years back but I am facing the same issue with no matches for Adobe Stock Free options. I believe this happened after the 25.5 update because I have a few machines that haven't been updated and they're templates load normally.
Any direction is appreciated.

Hey MisterV,
Could you share a screenshot of what it looks like when you search Adobe Stock Free options? Have you tried closing Premiere, logging out and back into the Creative Cloud Desktop App, then re-launching Premiere?
Let us know,
Caroline

Hello,
Yes, I have tried closing the panel, closing Premiere and logging out of
Creative Cloud with no success. I have checked updates for the apps and
Creative Cloud and everything is up to date.
Screenshot attached.
Thank you,

Hi Mike, it seems like the screenshot has not been uploaded to the thread. Could you attach it again?
Thanks,

Thanks for the screenshots! What happens when you deselect the Free option, does it show any paid templates, or does the panel remain blank? Also, are you able to search for any templates in the Graphics Template panel?

Typically, you select Adobe Stock and Free but nothing populates no matter
what is selected, I've tried all options.
If I entered ,"text," to search under free, there could be almost 100 pages
of templates but now I only get that message with nothing populating.

Got it. I noticed that you work at a high school, are you on an enterprise plan that you get through your school? I wonder if it's a permissions-related error. Sometimes enterprise plans through education programs have unseen security measures in place. Are you on a Mac or PC?

Hi,
Let us know if @Ernani23050591fe6q's workaround held for you. Sorry for the frustration.
Thanks,

That does work but I'm not looking for a workaround I'm really looking for a solution. With mulitle users with individual accounts, the tech department will have to add each individual template, one at a time, for over 80 users.
