I have a 7900xt gpu and randomly a couple days ago the hardware acceleration just stopped working and I can't switch to it. My drivers are fully updated and windows is fully updated, so is premiere. Why can't I use it?

I tried using DDU and that seems to have fixed the issue, however if it does happen again I'll try rolling back, I just couldn't figure out how to do so at the time, and thought reinstalling drivers would be a better first alternative. Thankyou for taking time out of your day to respond, and yes I did update a GPU driver sort of recently, it's weird that it happened a week or two after I did so though.

Hello @Coolum5FC2,

Thanks for the message. NVIDIA users are experiencing similar issues. They have rolled back a driver version. Have you updated a GPU driver lately? Does rolling back to an earlier (studio) driver help if so? Let the community know, OK? Sorry to hear about your problem.

Thanks,
Kevin
