I DONT SEE THE OPTION TO EXPORT THE VIDEO WHEN  I PUT FILE AND EXPORT I DONT HAVE THE OPTION

Can you describe your exact procss and which step has you blocked. Embed some screenshots in the post to show us what's going on. That would help immensely!

i dont know what that is im beginner

Think your display is too small for Premiere Pro needs to be at least 1280x800.

Also you might be over you head with Premiere Pro. Steep learning curve.

Try and find a more easy video program to work with.
