PPro using lots of RAM, as in your screenshot, is normal.
PPro using all available RAM and crashing, is not normal.
The key will be in determining what specifics actions in PPro, led it to use all avialable memory.
Also, potentially, there could be interactions between Google Chrome, and those Google Chrome (renderer) tasks you see under PPro; PPro hosts panels using Chromium, the open source browser engine behind Chrome. It would be interesting to know whether you encounter memory problems, if

I had another crash after posting this with premiere eating up 60gb of ram. I just reverted back to version 2024. And Im not experiencing any memory leak with it alongside my usage of google chrome. Here is the picture. I had to use my phone taking it because my machine frozen up.
