I have an AMD CPU and an NVIDIA graphics card. CUDA acceleration rendering is not working.

CPU is using AMD's RYZEN 7 3700X
The graphics card uses NDIVIA's RTX 2060.

After working recently in Premiere, the After effect tried to render, but it took a long time and I was curious about the settings.
CUDA accelerated rendering is not selected.

In the default setting, even if cuda is set, in the final rendering setting screen
Only statements that current hardware does not support.
OPENCL does not display at all and does not take effect even after 3D settings in NDIVIA EX.

Is it due to a simple compatibility issue between the CPU and the graphics card?

If so, do I have to buy a new graphics card for AMD CPUs?

Are you talking about the Summary section of the export dialog box?  If you are, that section refers only to whether or not your CPU has the Intel QuickSync hardware onboard. This is only used for H.264/265 encoding.

And has nothing whatever to do with whether Premiere is using the GPU for those things that Premiere uses the GPU for, as found in the GPU Accelerated Effects List.

Such things as Warp Stabilizer, resizing and color correction. The GPU is not used for general encoding much otherwise.
