That is, I've got a slide that has a group of things on it. I want to transition by pushing that slide up and the new one in, then when I'm done talking about that, bring the original one back. Here is a short clip that shows what I want.
I do this a lot so am hoping for a simple way to make the transition happen. I think I could figure it out with a bunch of key frames and position movements, but I don't want to have to do this each time I want the transition.

I think the Push effect would work for you, per MTD. You can change the direction of the push to vertical and should be good to go using the little box above the A/B with 4 arrows

You can do this transition left to right or right to left by using the effect Effects > Video Transitions > Slide > Push but I am not sure there is a pre-built effect that will do this move vertically.
