I want to mask out a portion of a clip and put it on another clip

I basically want to mask out my mouth and put it on my forehead like I have a talking frhead. Is this possible ?Screenshot (8).png

Easy. Just duplicate the layer and mask out the mouth on the top layer. Then adjust the top layers position wherever you want.

  1. Duplicate your clip (Alt+click and drag) onto a higher track
  2. Select the duplicate on the track above
  3. Move it as you want it
  4. Add Crop effect
  5. Draw a mask with Pen
  6. Add Crop on all sides

Dont use the mask from the crop effect: they dont work well together.

Best is just to use mask from opacity.
