This is an image not a video clip. Timeline shows full image but in program window shows only partial image. How to fix it?

Probably because your sequence is not the same resolution as the image. You can resize the image with scale or check this out: https://premierepro.net/scale-frame-size-vs-fit-frame-size/#:~:text=Select%20the%20clips%20you%20want,set%20this%20in%20your%20preferences
