I have read a thread with someone having an issue with iPhone screen recorded video. The solution was:
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Camera > Formats > change "High Efficiency" to "Most Compatible.

For the 'apowersoft screen record', are there any options there in the output format or settings?

Hey guys,

I'm having a similar issue over here after doing the latest update.

Video files look fine, but once I import them into Premiere they look like this.

Premiere Pro Issue.PNG

I've already tried clearing my media cache, restarting my laptop, check for latest updates. I'm on a Dell XPS 15.

Hope someone can help us out here

I would update the graphic drivers of the computer. Update the Intel Downloads for Graphics Drivers and the drivers for the graphic card as well, Nvidia or AMD.

Looks like Apowersoft has options to convert to popular formats with their built in converter.

I would recommend using this option to export more of a standardized format. You could also try something like Handbrake which is a popular 3rd party tool for converting various QT codecs.
