I am a beginner. I am getting this error on import of all files I record in the Geforce Experience software:
All the files play just fine in Windows. They are not corrupted. How do I import these files? Do I need to convert them into something else?
I have heard that this may relate to codecs, and that output from MediaInfo may be useful:

Hi,
Mobile phones, Web Cams & Screen capturing applications often uses Variable Frame Rate Recording, which is not supported in Premiere Pro. Many users also experience audio sync issue with variable frame rate material.
As suggested by John (above) transcode/convert your footage to a Constant Frame rate and re-import in Premiere Pro.
Transcode/Convert in HandBrake.
Thanks,
Kulpreet Singh

>Frame rate mode : Variable
Will not edit in Premiere Pro, you need a constant frame rate
convert to constant frame rate with https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter

Thank you John. I have converted with Handbrake at 30/60/120 FPS, but on all versions the audio goes out of synch with the video. It does load into Premiere now, but the footage is unusable because of this desynch.
Do you have any idea what I might be able to do to fix this desynching problem? The original file plays with perfect synch. The converted files go progressively out of synch, with the audio running ahead by around 10 seconds at the end.
