Good day,

if I import a. Mov file (video with audio) in Premiere Pro and move me in the video back and forth or navigate, I have in the preview only the beginning of the video (almost as a freeze frame).

As if the rest of the video was not or only incompletely loaded in the preview.

Does someone already have experience with it? What could be the problem?

Best regards and thank you!

Your videofiles are H.265. As Premiere on Windows has trouble dealing with such files it is best to first convert to a easy editing format.

Dont think proxies will do any good.

"first convert to a easy editing format."

You know any free converter?

"Please clear your cache manually and then try importing again."

No effect.

EDIT://
I have converted the .mov file with VLC to .mp4 and it works for me. Thanks!
